Terms & Conditions for WordPress Website Design Packages

Please read the following Terms & Conditions before purchasing any of our WordPress Website Design Packages. By proceeding with your purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Domain and Hosting Services 🌐

👉 Domain and hosting services are not included in the WordPress Website Design Packages. Clients are responsible for purchasing their own domain and hosting services separately.
👉 Client’s responsibility: After purchasing your domain and hosting, you must provide the necessary details (such as login credentials or server information) for us to move your website to your server.

2. Payment and Pricing 💵

👉 The prices listed for each package are in INR, exclusive of taxes. Applicable taxes, such as 18% GST, will be added to the total price.
👉 Full payment is required upfront before work begins on your website. All payments must be completed through the available payment methods.

3. Revisions and Modifications 🔄

👉 Our design packages include a limited number of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
👉 Customization requests beyond the scope of the chosen package (e.g., significant design changes or additional functionality) may be subject to additional charges.

4. Website Content and Materials 📄

👉 You are responsible for providing all website content, such as text, images, logos, and videos, unless otherwise agreed upon.
👉 We will work with the content provided by the client, and Kartisoft will not be responsible for creating or sourcing content unless specified in the package.

5. Turnaround Time ⏳

👉 The estimated time to complete the website design will be provided before starting the project.
👉 Delays in client-provided content or hosting details may result in a delay in the project completion.

6. Maintenance and Support 🛠️

👉 Website maintenance is not included in the design package and is available as a paid, optional service. If you require ongoing maintenance, please request a maintenance quote separately.
👉 One month of free technical support is included, which covers troubleshooting and minor adjustments.
👉 After one month, support will be charged separately as needed.

7. Ownership and Rights 📝

👉 Upon full payment, you will own the rights to the website design, except for any third-party plugins, themes, and content that are subject to their respective licenses.
👉 The themes and plugins used in your website will remain under the ownership of their respective developers. If they are licensed, they will be governed by the terms of the respective licenses.

8. Website Hosting 🖥️

👉 Kartisoft is not responsible for the performance, uptime, or security of your hosting. It is the client’s responsibility to select and maintain their hosting environment.
👉 We will not provide support for issues related to hosting or server performance unless specifically agreed upon.

9. Project Cancellation and Refunds ❌

👉 Once the project has begun, refunds are not available. However, if for any reason the project cannot be completed, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed.
👉 Client cancellation: If the client cancels the project before completion, they will be charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date.

10. Liability ⚖️

👉 Kartisoft will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the website’s use, including but not limited to data loss, security breaches, or website downtime.

11. Future Updates 🔄

👉 Websites are designed with updates in mind, and we provide ongoing guidance for clients on how to keep their websites updated after launch.
👉 Clients may request website updates after the project completion for an additional fee.
